Need a Clarification on iproc PR attachments

Hi, I just need a Clarification.

1)In oracle Standard is it possible to upload 10 attachments and approver can view the same 10 attachments?

2)If Not possible please mention how many attachments are possible.

3)Is there any size restrictions on the attachments(like up to XYZ MB)?

4)Is there will be any performance issue if we attach up to 10 attachments?
