R12.1.3. PM forecast issue - Cancel and Create actions with same information

HAs anyone seen this issue yet? I have a PM forecast that suggests to cancel a work order and create another work order with same details. I modified the rules, added readings, nothing seems to work. Overnight scheduled Generate WO concurrent request is generating a WO on one day and cancelling it the next day.


I have attached the log of the concurrent request pertaining to this asset from 18th oct and 19th oct. It generated a WO on 18 Oct and cancelled the same on 19 Oct overnight.
