CPU Advisor Oct 2022 - missing information for Financial Reporting issue

in Hyperion EPM General (MOSC) Question

Good morning! I'm looking to apply the October 2022 CPU for Oracle EPM (Hyperion) and specifically looking for information on the Financial Reporting issue we encountered in the July 2022 CPU bundle with FR 11.2.5 that caused us to roll back that CPU. Our issue was any report requiring a POV window be displayed would instead display "Unable to process the request".

In the page for the Oct. 2022 CPU bundle (https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?_afrLoop=288847068540035&id=2775466.2&_afrWindowMode=0&_adf.ctrl-state=qbdz7z1tt_38) , I see under the Financial Reporting tab, the 11.2.7 Release Update, the following:

Note:  Hyperion Financial Reporting requires additional steps on applying "Oracle Weblogic Server 12.2.1.4 patches" listed under the
