Web ESUs

I am gathering the HCM ESUs to become code current for Payroll Year-End.

I am noticing there are web ESUs now available as well as client ESUs. For the ESUs where there is one of each, I am taking the Client ESU. However there are a few that only have a web ESU available (ie. web was superseded but client was not).

Is there any guidance on how to apply these Web ESUs? Is this done through Server Manager, OMW Web, OMW Client, etc.? Ideally I would like to apply it to Planner first, so I can do an impact analysis.
