Resource Assignment Grouping and Expanding Resource Spread Grid

Wondering if there's a way to add more than one grouping in the Resource Assignment screen of OPC? I currently am only able to add one grouping level which makes it very difficult to analyze resources for different phases of a project as an example.

2nd question is if there is a way to expand the hours spread over time in the Resource Assignment screen, I currently am only able to see 3 months at a time which is also very limiting when analyzing resource spread. I was hoping the Download to excel feature would include all resources, but it does not.
