APEX and PDB install

Hi,

please check this scenario : I had a non-CDB 12c install with APEX 5.0.4 and I have upgraded it to 19c multitenant, but in different hosts.

so steps were as that :

1- convert 12c non-cdb to 12c cdb on host1 ;

2-create new 19c cdb on host2 ;

3-clone 12c pdb from host1 to 19c pdb on host2;

At this point I have only one PDB with APEX installed and no apex installed at CDB.

I have created 2 new PDBs in my container and I need to install APEX on one of them and I am not sure about next steps :

a. can I install current version (I suppose it is 18.2)
