In project costing, is there a way to track the project costs at a fixed rate?

The project currency is CAD. We presently convert all transactions related to the project at a spot rate.

Management would like visibility on the project if all transactions were tracked at the project rate (fixed). Is there a way to do this without affecting the GL conversions?
