Missing Scrollbars in 12.2.10 on Payslip and W2 screens when screen is minimized

Has anyone noticed that the scroll bars on the employee self service - pay slip and W2 screens are no longer there after upgrading to 12.2.10?

We applied patch 32908175 to resolve the no scrollbars on timecard but that did not resolve he payslip and w2. Think it would as this is a framework patch. :-)
