Need help to delete extra paramtere in contact header

Contact: <sip:+919986962695@[2402:3a80:2000:c66f::4]:5060;x-i=8f02065e-8535-4d94-866f-a147852a7606;x-c=ade903d85f7c542c86da5094a54a098b/s/1/541cfc8022c044139574abe78503ed14;transport=udp>

From the above contact header need to delete x-i, x-c , with whatever value it holds for every call.Using below header which is not working,
