Documentation ambiguity with regard to EM 13.5 update 10

Hi,

In the readme to Enterprise Manager 13.5 update 10 it is stated under prerequisites item #4:

"Apply Enterprise Manager 13c Release 5 Update 3 patch 33588912 or its later Release Update version patch on all OMSes before applying this patch using Rapid Platform Update."

How are we going to do that, when the official policy now is to have only the latest 3 relase updates available for download?

The exact same requirement are noted for Release Update 8, which is the oldest release update which can be downloaded.
