Our HR Group wants to change all of our Actions and Reasons to map to other system
We are on PeopleSot 9.2 HCM (Image 9+/-) and we use PS Time & Labor, HCM and Payroll. PS is used only in our agency - sort of a "shadow" system but our state system does not accommodate the level of time report we require. So we enter HR data into both the state application and our agency application.
We have a new HR management team and they have requested that we change the actions and reasons used in PeopleSoft HR to match similar fields used in the state (non-PeopleSoft) application.
We have been on PeopleSoft since 2005. I know the Actions and Reasons are used extensively in HR. We have several queries, reports and interfaces that have Action/Reason related criteria.
