We are upgrading from R12.1 to R12.2.8.

Per (Doc ID 1552999.1) (copy/pasted) to this entry. Note: Any poor explanation below is from Oracle.

The timestamp should not be present in the Date Parameters.

Upon choosing the date, the appropriate timestamp will be automatically added to the date value given. Ex. 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 in the tables.

The automatic addition of the timestamp - and removal of displaying the timestamp was introduced in the following bug:

BUG:16188096 ACRUAL LOAD RUN END DATE PARAMETER DOES NOT DEFAULT AND ENFORCE TIME STAMP.

Once the following Patch:16188096:R12.BOM.C is in place, the timestamp will no longer show in the report parameter.
