Can I migrate databases from AWS Aurora MySQL to Oracle Cloud MySQL Database Service

Any documentation or inputs on migrating database from AWS Cloud MySQL Aurora Database to Oracle Cloud MySQL Database Service will help! I'm planning to use DMS service, but I'm not sure how to provide target endpoint (Oracle Cloud MySQL Database Serivce Endpoint, since it has the private address ). Thank you
