Is it possible to skip corrupted email in Siebel so it will not become stopper to pull email

Hi,

Unexpectedly Siebel are not pull email from POP3 mail server, after checking on log CommInboundReceiver it shows these error messages:

"POP3 RETR error: -ERR Message corrupted"

As per log shown, it repeatedly display the same error result.

Following doc id 476255.1 about How to Test Connectivity to a POP3 Mail Server, I tested using telnet to POP3 mail server, and using command RETR 1 to retrieve mail messages, it also return same result as below:

Same result with RETR 2, but somehow when I try to retrieve using RETR3, it able to display the mail messages.

Does it means Messages Number 1 and 2 in the mailbox are corrupted and causing CommInbounReceiver failed to pull email from mailbox (stopper to pull remaining messages)?
