Oracle 19c TLS - TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error

Hello,

I need to test the TLS for an oracle db 19C.

On the server the tnsping ssl is working well :

tnsping ssl

TNS Ping Utility for Linux: Version 19.0.0.0.0 - Production on 24-OCT-2022 23:38:10

Used parameter files:

/opt/oracle/product/19c/dbhome_1/network/admin/sqlnet.ora

Used TNSNAMES adapter to resolve the alias

Attempting to contact (DESCRIPTION = (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCPS)(HOST =dbu16ora19i069.openstack.eu-de-1.cloud.sap)(PORT = 2484)) (CONNECT_DATA = (SERVER = DEDICATED) (SERVICE_NAME = dclhr)))

OK (50 msec)


but on the client side I have :

E:\app\oracle\wallet>tnsping ssl

TNS Ping Utility for 64-bit Windows: Version 12.2.0.1.0 - Production on 24-OCT-2022 16:39:05
