Setting up Requisitions associated with Multi-year KK Budgets

Multi-year budgets are easily set up in Commitment Control. In usage, how do you set up Requisitions so that they can take advantage of multi-year KK? Can we add multiple distribution lines, each with a distinct Budget Date?

How do we ensure that Receipts and Vouchers pull from the correct requisition row?
