Schedule ship date on Order Acknowledgement is blank - Oracle EBS - 12.2.5

Hi Team,

we are looking for a feature where upon booking event the schedule ship date/Est ship date should be shown on the order acknowledgement document.

we have leveraged this business event : oracle.apps.ont.oip.statuschange.update  and enabled the subscription and associated the custom wrapper to generate an Order ack upon booking. Also, we have applied the patch -  31938744:R12.ONT.C to get the fixed files as suggested by oracle as this patch have/ allow the feature for the business event with Schedule Ship Date.

Issue now here is - we are able to trigger the order acknowledgement but the Schedule ship date on Order Acknowledgement is blank/empty, but upon reacknowledging the order the schedule ship date shows up. Can you please help or advise what other steps/setups missing to get this schedule ship date popped up immediately on the booking event?
