Req Open Qty and Open Amt both zero

Hello,

In Doc ID 2709265.1 I read that one of the criteria to expedite a requisition is the Open Quantity of Open Amount on the requisition distribution must be greater than zero.

We occasionally encounter requisitions where the Open Qty and Open Amt are both zero. What causes this to happen to a requisition - is this known?
