PeopleSoft SSO issue

I tried to do the Benefits WorkCenter tile setup in an SSO instance. When I attempted to enable the tile in portal and structure page, I got the following error message when I clicked save. 

The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.

Your support ID is: 15501143343352489731

Tried the same setup in URL direct Link without SSO and it works.
