Excessive logging after upgrade to 19C

We just upgraded our 12C database (12.1.0.2.0) to 19C (19.15) - long overdue I know.

Since we've upgraded we've seen a significant increase in redo log switching and consequently archive log creation. I will likely put in a support ticket for this but is there anything that I should be aware of that could help me reduce the log generation. Are there some parameters in 19C that I should be tweaing.
