IT architecture template follow ISO standards

Hi All

Kindly, I am about to develop an architecture document for our Siebel application, need your help in sharing with me an IT architecture template that follows ISO standards.

And appreciate it if you share an example of one real IT architecture as it will be much helpful, not must to be for Siebel, any IT architecture will help.

Note: my expectation from the IT architecture, is that it should show the software and hardware architecture and is less relevant to the overall business and company strategy, but more focused on how the specific solution can be served by our platform.
