Running ORACLE 11.2.0.4 in ODA after upgrade ODA release from 19.10 to 19.16

Hi,

We have old ORACLE 11.2.0.4 databases and we only want to run these databases in ODA 19.16 Bare Metall. That means no using of odacli-create or -modify commands. Is this possible in ODA release 19.16? OR: Do we always have to operate these databases in a KVM container in this case?
