How to check current World cumulative and upgrade cumulative for 11

Since the direct upgrade from A73 to A94 is required for A73 CU 11,

What if the current release was under CU11 ?

When enter command "DSPJDELVL" the message show as "Your JDE Release Level is A7.3 PTF Level 000PE."

Is this PTF prior to CU 11 or higher than CU 11 ?

How to upgrade cumulative to 11 ? Where to download if it is still available.

What will be happened if the CU is below CU 11 ?
