Oracle Em12c is so slow

I have just installed oracle weblogic12c & FMW 12.2.1.4 on windows server19 -64bit,

everything installed well and successfully started and running

but I face a big issue , The EM is so so slow , Sign in is slow, Navigating between pages takes a very long time !!!
