Issues with ringback
I am experiencing some strange behavior with ringback for inbound callers from the PSTN to MS Teams.
I have ringback file uploaded using PCMU and configured the SPL options to playback-on-183-to-originator. The inbound caller hears the ringback when placing the call but randomly the ringback tone being played is very poor.
We also started experiencing issues where on-net calls from Cisco to Teams via the ACME had random one-way audio issues and DTMF issues and found that when the Teams client is set to forward calls the ringback tone was consistently bad. The ringback on these calls sounded like two different tone being played, the first being good and the second very poor.
