how to connect to container database

i have been researching this all along and seems can't find clues on how to connect to a container database. the reason for this is that we need to connect to the container database to be able to run the SQL advisor from the OEM. however, when searching for the database on the OEM it seems to be that the only database coming up are those that are the PBDs.


we had a dba accounts but don't have the sys or sysdba access to. and it seems to me that on those that i research it always shows that they have a sys or sysdba account in order to connect to the container database. please advise.
