Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. In oem 13c on a host , agent is up and running but status of target on the host showing as availability evaluation error.

both agent and target host are fine .
