Best Way to Customize Pay Advice
We have an overly complicated pay advice due to FLSA, being a federal contractor, and union rules, which makes it difficult for our employees to understand how their timesheet translates to their pay. We use a custom BI Publisher report we deliver via ESS in an attempt to simplify it, but it still causes confusion due to the T&L rules that convert reported time to payable time. We are looking for other companies with complicated rules like ours who might be able to share how they make their pay advices more understandable to employees.
