How to install lower version RPM's for the EBS to View Concurrent Request Output or Log files

We have fresh installed RHEL 8 where we have not found the following rpms

compat-libstdc++-33-3.2.3-72.el7.i686.rpm

compat-libstdc++-33-3.2.3-72.el7.x86_64.rpm

but as per the Oracle metalink this two rpm required to view the output and log files.


Blank page when trying to View Request Output or Log (Doc ID 2177504.1)

Concurrent Request Report Log And Output Result In A Blank Page In Browser (Doc ID 1630055.1)

how to install lower version rpm to upgrade OS RHEL 8?

is there any alternatives?
