Can you change Company name is Cloud Admin

Hi,

We are using Unifier 21.12..8 version. We are trying to change a company name in Cloud Admin and it keeps failing. We are trying to do it without having to deactivate this account and create a new one with the correct company name. Has anyone had success doing this?
