P6 21.12 Pro Print Preview_Page Setup_Options is Grayed Out

An intermittent problem, the Print Preview-Page Setup-Options tab is grayed out and inaccessible. It is only the Options tab that is grayed out, all others in Page Setup work. Rebooting or reinstallation of the client does not always help. There are several installs in our company that have this issue. Any ideas?
