I am very new to cloud, it is not even installed yet for me to test.
Background:
I work for county government. Each department (cost center) manages all aspects of their purchases. The Department, say Police (cost center 01605) creates a requisition. Requisition becomes a PO (dah!) BUT we never combine lines of different requisitions into a PO; everything is a 1 to 1 match One Requisition = One PO. Departments need to have reports of only their data. For EBS we customized EVERY PO Report to ask for Cost Center, then we had to go down to the distribution lines to figure out what POs and Requisitions belong to the cost center.
