Has anyone else had issues with Guided Self Service transactions getting stuck/not able to complete?
We are having a couple issues with Guided Self Service transactions getting stuck, either with a blank transaction status or an In Approval Process status. Both examples there is no way to access the transaction to complete or cancel it. What all these transactions have in common is that all of them did not trigger an email notification when the transaction was submitted in Manager Self Service. Also, most of the transactions that are in this situation were done multiple times by the managers that submitted them. What is interesting is the other transactions that were able to be accessed to complete or cancel
