Trying to implement fluid bidder response in supplier portal

Hi, I am hoping someone can help me with this, we are upgrading to PUM 45 and we want to implement fluid bidder response in the supplier portal. I have enabled fluid bidder response in the installation options, I gave our bidder role the permission list EPCO5200 and PTPT4100. When I log into our supplier portal as a bidder and go into a public event, I click on the Bid on Event button, I get the fluid bidder response page, but it's blank, I just get the title in the banner and an Exit button in the upper left hand
