What do these options mean under Requisition Authorizations

I've been trying to search to get an understand on what exactly these options do under the Requisition Authorizations? Does anyone have any idea of a document that discusses this or can give me an idea?


What exactly do the allowed requisition actions allow?


What is the section Requesters user Authorization for what does that enable?


A brief description on what these mean:


Can work Approved Reqs

Full Auth for All Requestors
