AP Supplier change Business Event - Oracle EBS R12

Hello,

We have setup a subscription to the oracle.apps.ap.supplier.event. We also have created a custome pl/sql code to capture the "changed" values related to the Supplier and Supplier Site. Our goal is to look for END_DATE_ACTIVE against the Supplier OR INACTIVE_DATE against the Supplier Site. Unfortunately the Business Event only provides us with a Vendor ID or Vendor Site ID and not the actual data that was changed.

Is there a way to set up the Business Event to provide us back the OLD and NEW values for a particular field that was changed?
