when I try to pick release it, I'm getting APP-WSH-231032

when I try to pick release it, I'm getting APP-WSH-231032: Pick Release Online has partially completed with Warning.


When this happens, I can go and try looking in the View-Requests, but there's never anything "useful" in the outputs

This is the Completion Text from the View Details button. Concurrent Manager encountered an error while attempting to start your immediate concurrent program GEAS_WCC_UPLOAD_DOCUMENTS. Routine &ROUTINE received a return code of failure.
