Class Notes not on Class Search

Some of our courses with class notes are not showing them in the class search. Going to nav>curriculum management>schedule of classes>class search, this is the page that shows course notes for some classes but not others. How could that be? The notes are set up correctly and identically between classes that both are/are not showing the notes when I go to nav>curriculum management>schedule of classes>maintain schedule of classes>notes. I have free form text notes, setting them to print below the course information.
