Taken out serial numbers

Dear all,

Could you please advise if we have information with what exact serial number the rebuildable item was replaced with?

As shown below we've replaced 4 components with the new ones, and now we want to know that, for example, OldSerial1 has been replaced with NewSerial1, OldSerial2 has been replaced with NewSerial2...
