Query related to Oracle upgrade related to GG

Hi Team,

We have the Golden Gate (version 19.1.0.0.4 ) bidirectional setup between Oracle databases running with GI version in 19.10.0.0.0 and Oracle RDBMS version running in 19.10.0.0.0

We are planning for patching the Oracle database from 19.10.0.0.0 to 19.15.0.0.0.

we need the below clarifications

1> Do we need to patch GG to any higher version followed by patching GI / DB version from 19.10 to 19.15 or GG can be in the same version as it is?

2> As we are planning to patch one site per schedule, the patched site being in 19.15.0.0.0 and other site remaining in 19.10.0.0.0 will IMPACT the data flow or any other config in Golden gate?
