I would like to download the patch, however is asking me about a password which I do not have.

Hello Community.

We have upgrade our SSIS to Oracle 19 from Oracle 12 and some of the packages the performance has degraded to as much as 10x slower. From the Microsoft forums this patch to our SSIS server, Oracle client was suggested.

I would like to download and apply the patch but it asking for a password to download.

I do have an active CSI (customer support identifier).
