EAS Console Hangs

in Hyperion Essbase (MOSC) 3 commentsAnswered

EAS would hang after trying to delete the Essbase logs. The logs would be cleared but EAS would just hang. We created a new application and same behavior for the new app.

Also, deleting the test app would hang EAS.

Only thing that works fine is adding a new member to the outline and saving. Deleting the member and saving also works.

Essbase app folder is on Linux. Trying to figure out what is causing this issue.
