Problem at communication between ACSLS and SL8500

hello,

2 days ago we transport our customers SL8500 library to new location. acsls is running on WM. all ip configurations are changed. so i tried to make the configuration with new ips but there is a problem appears which you can see below.

ACSLS server can ping the library. there is no partition config need.

What should i do to fix that problem?
