E1: Category codes dependencies

Is it a possibility to create values of UDC based on a hierarchy dependency ?

For instance, let's take an silly example of A/B category codes : Take 01/01 (country) linked to 01/02 (regions) linked to 01/03 (Cities) so that values of all these 3 UDC are proposed in hierarchy mode

For a customer, I could restrict some inconsistent values (for B.I purposes like line of business)
