Template Location in Bursting Control

Hello All,

We are in a process of emailing invoices to customers, we are using Invoice Print Batch/Selected Invoices. But this report doesn't bring email address.

Also were does the template(custom) templates can be located. For seeded templates they exist under $XDO_TOP.

if any of you have implemented Bursting invoices to email customers please advice. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
