Remove iSupplier Personalizations warning message
Hi, In order to correctly display a page in iSupplier Portal full access, Oracle support has recommended that I set the Disable Self Service Personalizations profile option
to Yes. (SR 3-30758409111) We are on R12.2.10 This fixes the problem, but gives a warning message on every page: "Personalization is currently disabled. Your application may not work as expected."
The user does not want this message. If I delete all personalizations will this get rid of the message.?? My issue is that the Functional Administrator responsibility shows many personalizations for iSupplier when I query it. May of these pages actually have no personalizations so I don't know why they appear. Can I delete them all? I go into the Manage Personalizations Level screen and many of them apply to Industry - Public sector, which we do not have installed and which I cannot even select to delete. Should I even be using Functional Administrator resp.
