Prevent Cancellation of PR lines if placed on RFQ

Hello,

How to stop the user from cancelling PR line(s) if already on RFQ? Currently, only a Warning message is popped up, and most users proceed with the cancellation by ignoring the warning.

The below is the warning message:

One or more of the selected requisition lines has already been placed on a negotiation. Do you still want to proceed with the cancellation?

Are there any profile options to stop or prevent the cancellation?

Appreciate any insight or help.


EBS version is 12.2.7
