Sales update did not create entry in IL

Please suggest on the below.

We have a sale order which has been sales updated via scheduler. Out of the five lines only one line entry is missing in IL while GL has recorded all the five lines. Could see no major difference between the issue and correct lines. What could be the potential reason for the same. And how could we correct the line missing from IL?
