Patch files for APEX 22.1 not being updated in Oracle Support?

Hello,

I noticed that every once in a while, updates to APEX 22.1 will be announced here: https://www.oracle.com/tools/downloads/apex-downloads.html

As of now, the patch 22.1.6 is reported to be available at this URL: https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/PatchDetail?patchId=34020981

When I visit that URL, there I see that this document had been updated recently (October 10th, 2022), which might suggest that it indeed describes patch 6. However, unless I'm overlooking something, nowhere is there any actual indication that downloading the patch from this location, will actually yield me patch 6.

In fact, I just downloaded this patch and indeed it again is only patch 3.
