In E1 9.2 the asset depreciation is calculated on fully Depreciated assets also?

We are migrating from JDE E1 9.1 to E1 9.2.

While doing unit testing, we found that monthly depreciation report R12855 is calculated on fully Depreciated assets also. These are unsold assets in use but fully already depreciated. is this due to some processing option change in 9.2 or a bug?
